General Radiologist

Dr Mark O’Callaghan graduated from UQ in 1993 and trained in Radiology at Princess Alexandra Hospital.  After completing his MRI fellowship at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne, then a Neuroradiology fellowship at Tuft’s New England Medical Centre in Boston USA, Mark continued to work in Boston and Seattle.  He was an Associate Professor of Neuroradiology at the University of Washington, also worked in private practice, and for a large Health Management Organisation.  Mark returned briefly to the Sunshine Coast during 2005/2006 and 2009/2010, but has now settled back in Australia.  Mark’s interests include MRI, Neuroradiology and non-vascular interventional procedures.
